Originally from Whitby, Ontario, Connor knew he wanted to brew big from an early age. When he was young, he would watch his family make wine and he eventually fell in love with the process. With a biotechnology degree, and a background in fermentation, Connor pours all of his experience into the quality craftsmanship here at Fireside Meadery.

Born and raised in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia, Maria is passionate about supporting and growing the local community. In addition to being a model, actor and performer, Maria is one of the friendliest people you can meet in the harbour. She brings that amazing energy and so much more to everyone that visits Fireside Meadery.
