A Cyser is a style of mead made from apple cider and honey.

Our simple, naturally brewed, and unfiltered Sunset Cyser has deep flavours of apple and blueberry, with notes of honey, cinnamon, and clove. 

Our Sunset Cyser is the Gold winner of the All Canadian Wine Championship 2025, in the Cyser category.

All of our brews are small batch and bottle-aged for at least 3 months, so each batch is special in its own way. This mead is definitely a delight for any occasion.  8% ABV.
