Sunset Cyser (750ml)

A Cyser is a style of mead made from apple cider and honey.

Our simple, naturally brewed, and unfiltered Sunset Cyser has deep flavours of apple, with hints of warm honey and a ripe blueberry finish. Its drier than your typical mead, but its truly a delight for any occasion.

Our Sunset Cyser is the Gold Medal winner for the All Canadian Wine Championship 2025, Cyser category.

All of our brews are small batch and aged for at least 3 months, so each batch is special in its own way.
