A Metheglin is a style of mead made from water, honey, and spices.

Our Metheglin has a bouquet of honeysuckle and orange blossom, with a rich and comforting mouthfeel. After a year of cellaring, Ember Metheglin develops more subtle hints of spice, and a warm dessert-finish of honey and orange.

Our Ember Metheglin is the Double Gold Best of Category Winner, of the All Canadian Wine Championship 2025, Metheglin category.

All of our brews are small batch and aged for at least 3 months, so each batch is unique in its own way. This mead is certainly a delight for any occasion. 11% ABV.
